The role of the IT Administrator includes the following tasks:
Develop intranet services to seamlessly join external services together for a richer working environment.
Deploy and maintain VPS’s and VPN’s on a per customer basis.
Manage and support internal and extranet IT services such as E-Mails, DMS.
Maintain and enhance the internal IT infrastructure.
The role of the Server Tools Developer includes the following tasks:
Develop software products used to maintain millions of SIM/USIM cards deployed on the network.
Maintain current code base including hundreds of thousands of lines of code.
Customer support ranging from online to worldwide travel possibilities.
Work closely with other teams to ensure that tools co-exist efficiently
Plan, create, maintain and deploy
server applications and services which will be used to maintain millions of SIM cards worldwide
An intranet to bind together existing services into a nice portal
new services such as Time Management, business management tools, and Annual Leave management
Use test-driven development in order to create well written, clean, and maintainable code
Produce documentation such as user manuals and change documents
Develop server applications and services in multiple coding languages

Setup and configure new VPS for customers
Ensure VPS’s are setup with correct auditing and security measures in place
Deploy a variety of VPN solutions & other software as required on VPS’s as per clients requirements
Gather appropriate information from clients regarding set-up details
Produce reports detailing current VPS’s deployed and the services installed on those
Maintain existing solutions such as Microsoft Exchange, FreshDesk and Atlassian
Develop and Maintain Azure Active Directory rules
Implement and Maintain SharePoint to the required specifications
Research additional services which can fill key gaps in the IT system
Enforce IT security across a range of Linux based servers
Regular Auditing of Linux servers
Develop and implement a data backup policy with co-location
Configure and deploy new hardware and offices as and when required
Audit IT hardware on a yearly basis
Analyse areas where costs can be reduced
