CONSUMER-CENTRIC AND CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE-FOCUSED – Will most likely come from a strong high-volume B2C/B2B background. Will act as the voice of the customers, be passionate about their needs and how to continually improve their experience with Just Eat. Will be experienced in designing digital products that delight consumers and deliver a straightforward, enjoyable experience resulting in strong retention rates and regular repeat users. Will be able to operate with significant autonomy to balance the need for success in the local markets and alignment to the larger Just Eat product strategy. We’d also like to see strong levels of activity in the UX community so leading Meetups, talking at conferences and being a thought leader in the area.
LEADERSHIP, CHANGE & PEOPLE MANAGEMENT – Will be a strong leader and communicator, able to present a vision as well as take people on a journey. Will come across as a great and inspiring people manager who is adept at hiring talent and being able to motivate, lead, develop and empower people as well as foster loyalty.
