Build and manage a cross-product sales team to distribute institutional products including funds, direct lending and securitisations
Manage senior investor relationships including C-suite and senior MD level executives at Asset Managers, Pension Funds, Insurance Companies, Banks and Government Agencies.
Help build and maintain a diverse range of Ultra HNWI & HNWI relationships
Experienced manager of a high performing sales team with direct revenue accountability
Work directly with Global Co-Heads of Capital Markets on the business management and strategy to crystallise significant growth opportunities
Work closely with the Commercial, Strategic Business Development, Risk & Analytics, Product and Communications teams
*Ideally have 10 + years experience at a top tier investment bank, asset manager or hedge fund within a credit/fixed income solutions sales role
In-depth knowledge of structured credit and fixed income markets together with strong network of key buy-side individuals
Confident, presentable and able to interact directly and autonomously with a wide variety of investors and stakeholders (ranging from C-suite and MD level through to mid-level execution teams)
Proven quantitative and analytical skillset combined with an ability to manage complex transactions with a number of internal and external legal and operational stakeholders.
