It’s an exciting time to join BookingBug. We’re scaling up our teams, and looking for a Technical Solutions Consultant to join our growing US team. The BookingBug platform is built on the AWS cloud platform, and is constantly in a state of expansion. We employ various frameworks, from front-end AngularJS interfaces to MVC frameworks and design patterns for the construction of our back-end APIs.
The Technical Solutions Consultant will bea key contributor towards building BookingBug’s technical credibility - responsible for providing technical guidance and consulting to clients (often non-technical), helping the team understand key technology trade-offs and make informed decisions. You will:
•Support the technical design, development, and deployment of our integrated scheduling solutions, bridging the gap between customer-facing engineering engagements and product development
•Work closely with clients, project managers, and development teams to create technology-powered solutions to business challenges
•Participate in all stages of the software delivery life-cycle, from technical discovery through to delivery and deployment
•Carry out technical discovery and feasibility analysis
•Work collaboratively with clients and colleagues across multiple disciplines
•Maintain a knowledge-base of information to improve the efficiency of supporting the Sales process
•And other occasional random tasks that will contribute to the success of our company but might not 'obviously' be your responsibility. We're a small company and we're all in it together!
