Responsibilities of the role include:
Day-to-day management of the Client Services team and Creative Solutions team, including reviews, one-on-ones, etc.
Direct management of strategic ANZ clients.
Work in partnership with ANZ Country Manager to develop strategic solutions to build the ANZ business
Act as an escalation point for the team and clients.
Assign new accounts to team members.
Ensure campaigns follow Sizmek process, developing new efficiencies where needed.
Manage team KPIs.
Work with Sales to support upsell of Sizmek products and custom solutions to media agencies and publishers.
Participate in quarterly business reviews.
Work alongside key internal departments to improve and communicate the Sizmek service offering and campaign process.
Establish and promote best practices and processes to ensure that client support and communication is strong, internal and management communications is clear and that internal support to client services is achieved
Other duties as assigned.
What will you need to succeed?
Strong experience in a client service management role, demonstrating strong team management and leadership skills.
Strong strategic thinking
At least 2-3 years management/team lead experience
Able to master new technologies in short periods of time
Ability to lead the company’s agenda & point of view in market as a thought leader
Able to manage multiple projects and clients at the same time
Demonstrated ability to meet objectives of new clients with urgent campaigns.
Ability to work well independently when necessary and define/manage objectives in a fast-paced environment.
Drive to proactively find creative solutions when issues arise.
Positive attitude and ability to maintain excellent internal and external client relationships.
Degree level education in IT, Multimedia or Computer Science
4 years’ related experience and/or training in online advertising.
3 years’ experience with using the Sizmek platform
An understanding of interactive media, the advertising industry, and knowledge of emerging technologies.
Experience working in multiple operations roles; successful track record in managing client relationships and the support of revenue generation.
3 years’ experience in project management – advertising or creative agency project management experience advantageous.
