SEM Manager

What you will do

A Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Manager develops marketing campaigns around keywords that will drive traffic to a website and convert them to customers. The role of the SEM Manager is to develop strategy for search engine marketing campaigns with budget. He or she also tracks and analyzes campaign data to identify optimization opportunities, as well as works with sales and account teams to generate new search campaigns. In particular:

Monitoring, optimizing and broadening the reach of current campaigns.
Analyze large sets of data and objectively derive budget and revenue optimization decisions
Advert creative experimentation
Prioritize across dozens of opportunities focusing on the most productive tasks
Your responsibilities will grow quickly based on performance. We are looking for candidates who can develop on a personal and professional scale along with our growing business.

Desired Skills and Experience

2-3 years of experience in building and managing SEM Google Adwords
Deep knowledge of SEM best practices and a keen eye for innovation and testing new products, tools or approaches
Fluency in English
Proficiency in multiple MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Powerpoint
Excellent communication skills
Good troubleshooting skills and a love of solving problems
Team player and enjoy working towards a common goal with a group of like-minded people
