What we look for:
Excellent communicator both internally and with the customer.
Previous experience within a customer service/retentions role.
Ability to build strong relationships over the phone or via online communications.
Well organised and have the ability to prioritise tasks quickly and effectively.
Previous experience within hospitality and/or retail is desireable.
Ability to train/coach others.
Resilient and happy to work in a fast paced ‘start-up environment.
