As our Digital Marketing Manager you will understand customer behaviour, use data driven insights to create strategies and opportunities to cross sell and upgrade customers. You will deliver effective campaigns with strong cut through across all media channels and customer touch points. This includes direct customer communications, digital advertising and content (web, mobile, social), channel communications (collateral, point of sale) and other channels where relevant.
This role is ideal for a Digital Campaign Marketing Manager with in-depth knowledge of customer lifecycle, experience in managing cross channel end-to-end digital campaigns and digital Marketing best practice. You are a people person and you collaborate with the agency to drive optimal results.
You are a Marketing Professional with experience in direct communications in an agency or commercial environment. You will demonstrate high attention to detail, understanding of our product construct, and exceptional copywriting and grammar skills. Your ability to negotiate and influence internal and external stakeholders yet achieve collaboration and alignment will be key to your success.
