Develop internal policies, procedures and instructions;
Study, analyze and ensure improvement of business processes in the company;
Ensure the compliance between business processes and internal regulatory documents;
Identify and analyze risks in the business processes, and reports about identified risks;
Develop recommendations to risk mitigation;
Support in implementation of new policies, procedures and instructions in the company.
University degree in corresponding field;
At least 2 years work experience in the field of implementation of business processes;
Knowledge of principles and methodologies for business impact analysis;
Knowledge of risk analysis principles;
Good communication skills;
Good analytical thinking skills;
Knowledge of the corresponding ISO standards is a plus;
Experience in telecommunication sphere is a plus;
Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English languages.
