Engineer III – Customer Networks

Responsibilities:

Provides post-sales technical requirements
Provides both systems engineering and long-term technical support (Tier 3)
Plans, designs, develops, and/or implements systems engineering plans and wide-scale networks for customers
Other activities include defining the system design, traffic engineering, providing technical direction for customers, customer acceptance, and systems and applications troubleshooting
Constant contact with customers and vendors
Basic Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Telecommunications, Network Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a closely related field is required
4 or more years of networking experience in LAN, WAN and IP networking is required
Preferred Qualifications:

CCNA certification is preferred
Experience working on data networking protocols and telecommunications is preferred
Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
Ability to learn and adapt to new products and technologies quickly
Strong analytical, organizational and multitasking skills
