You will be working in the Marketing Department B2C. With your colleagues, you are full P & L responsibility for the consumer segment of T-Mobile. We do this with the mission: Together we will include for market positioning, product development and launch, pricing, channel distribution, customer acquisition and retention, XU-sell, customer satisfaction and campaigns.

The department is divided into the tribes 'New' and 'Existing' customers, which we are working in multidisciplinary Squads. These squads operate according to the agile methodology with specific goals that are formulated around a clear mission.

We have composed the division of the teams pricing, channel management. We also have a Future Lab for innovation and a separate team for Knippr, our OTT TV product.

Marketing Manager Product and Proposition

Within the Tribe New Customers We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager Product & Proposition, which will help us to realize the many ideas and ambitions and implement. Everything is dominated by the acquisition of new clients, customer satisfaction and brand preference.

You give direction to new initiatives that make even stronger our distinctive position in the market. This includes the development of new products and propositions and launch them in all our channels. You try to always make it better for the customer and you involve the client as much as possible with your initiatives.

As Marketing Manager you are enthusiastic and driven by T-Mobile to maximize customer impact. You know to assess quickly what initiatives will make a difference for the customer and do this with vigor by using sounding results. T-Mobile's trust in you and give you many Squad responsibility for the mission and goals, you feel 'owner' of your domain and acts accordingly. You will be enthusiastic about working in a team and actively contributes to the flow and save the team. Also, you are a good networker, you like to meet new and maintain relationships across the organization.

A university degree;
6-8 years experience in Telecom, Online Marketing, consulting or FMCG;
Demonstrable affinity and experience with customer proposition development and market launches;
Introducing work according to the agile methodology is a plus;
Fluent in Dutch and English.
