What are the main responsibilities & tasks?
Customer Care monitoring by checking contact volumes handled by Call Centres and trend of the main KPIs

What you will do
Customer Care data analysis including statistical analysis and dedicated reports
Refund trends, delta vs country refund BGT and relative KPIs
Monitor and check the cost streams, volumes, CC Performance and SLA

What kind of profile do we need?
Degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g. economics, statistics)
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (OLAP Cube, etc)
High degree of motivation, flexibility and creativity
Previous experience in a similar position
Ability to learn quickly and resourcefully
Good communication and organizational skills
Fluent English
Location: Florence, Italy
Available from: ASAP
Type of Contract: Temporary
