Contract Auditor

Tasks:
- Analysis of relevant customer data (pricing-related) for the control and support of daily business
- Ensure that contracts are up-to-date and the corresponding pricing is correct in line with the relevant business areas (sales team, product management, customer business and legal)
- Provision of relevant analyzes (for all pricing-related topics such as net price, discounts, fixed price lists, etc.) for proactive support and delivery of recommendations for action
- Carry out general and area-specific analyzes, which are required, as well as the control of the communication
- Importing and extracting relevant information into and out of the system and maintaining the contract database
- Check and control pricing structures in the system to correctly allocate customer pricing information
- Audit and documentation of the contracts under the Revenue Recognition under HGB and IFRS as well as SOX
- Contact for the auditors and internal auditors

Qualifications:
- First professional experience in contracting
- completed commercial vocational training as well as business or legal degree
- Good understanding of the technologies used in the Internet and mobile communications
- High abstraction, process-oriented and analytical thinking
- Very good communicative skills
- High social competence
- Even in stressful situations, you keep an overview of the essential tasks
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as cross-departmental and self-initiative
- Secure knowledge of German and English spoken and written
- Experience working with MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Experience / knowledge in the analysis of commercial data and dealing with ERP systems
