Analyst, Channel Compensation, Small Business

•Act as point of contact for Bell Residential Services compensation, provide strategic insights when required
•Build business cases for commission rates for TV, Internet and Home Phone to help drive activations & ARPU for Bell
•Presenting business cases to Bell executives and external vendors
•Participate in compensation negotiations with both internal and external stakeholders
•Work with various sales teams to align sales strategy with compensation
•Work with Finance team to guide in tracking performance over budget and forecasts
•Assist leader and team specialists with setting fair commissions for various transactions
•Providing valuable feedback on compensation structure, found through audit, to reduce incoming inquiries

Critical Qualifications/Competencies:
•Ability to use data to guide in strategic decision-making
•Candidate must have experience building business cases and proposing recommendations
•Ability to build effective presentations with PowerPoint
•The individual must possess strong analytical and problem solving skills
•Duties are to be completed in an efficient and professional manner at all times
•Excellent attention to accuracy and detail and ability to interpret legal contracts
•Experience with managing projects
•Organized team-player with ability to work well under time pressure, meet tight deadlines and deal effectively under stress
•Experience dealing with confidential information
•Ability to multi-task
•Excellent interpersonal and client service skills
•Pro-active with ability to work independently
•Excellent written and oral communication skills
•Proficient in MS Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
