Perform team leadership duties including:
hiring and performance management
promotion recommendation/employee recognition/team building/time monitoring/time off approval
Respond to status and issues impacting the test effort, coordinate efforts, and escalate appropriate issues to higher level management as necessary.
Review test activities to ensure timely accurate test results are provided in compliance with standards and policies; ensure equipment and lab is available and adequate
Effectively communicate status, issues, and needs to the team, management, and internal customers.
BS degree in technical field, preferably Computer Science, Computer Engineering or STEM related degree
3 years’ experience leading teams in automated software test solutions
At least 5 years of experience working with release processes, test flows, software development processes and system operations
5+ years’ experience in a management role
Strong working knowledge of python, scripting, and automation tools
Witbe test tool experience
ISTQB Certified Tester, Foundational and Advanced Level
Experience in Digital Media and/or Consumer Electronics industry
