Targeted Marketing Specialist

Job Description:

To prepare monthly analysis of Targeted Marketing Campaigns for pre-campaign and post campaign period
To monitor and check Monthly Targeted Marketing bonuses usage; To prepare reporting requirements for detailed analysis
To set a subscriber base segments and treat those segments to increase MOU (minutes of usage), revenue and prevent churn
To assist developing targeted marketing functional structure from the conceptual and technical sides in order to plan, implement (change system parameters), launch and complete segmented offers to market via easy approval and accessible technical tools (online event manager/campaign management)
To prepare new detailed campaign requirements for online event management tool/campaign management tool when available and for manual implementation by Bakcell IT
To prepare detailed campaign post analysis on a monthly bases including MOU, Revenue, Top Up, Respond Rate, Active Base, Inactivity prevention, Price elasticity and other KPIs
To present campaign post analysis to management with take away and next steps
To set new batch of reporting requirements on a detailed level and agree with billing team on requirements acceptance and regular base provisioning
To process the data and interpret to the necessary format for analysis; To make the segmentation of the subscribers based on the reporting parameters
To provide reports to management on a weekly and monthly bases; To initiate and take part in the implementation of data mining and campaign management projects

Education: Bachelor degree in Math

Language knowledge: Azerbaijani, English –advanced; Russian – upper-intermediate

Computer skills: MS Office Programs
