Application Support Engineer

Your future areas of responsibility include:

•Together with colleagues, the responsibility of customised developed Enterprise Applications
•Work on preventative arrangements to guarantee the functionality and availability of systems
•Fault indications - organising technical analysis and working on solutions with specialists
•Managing the problem life cycle from first analysis, to the requirement to the development department, and to the coordination of organisation of the change with the customer

Your Qualifications/Strengths:

•Completion of IT education or comparable qualification with working experience
•Good general technical understanding
•Readiness of mind, independent and working ethic conscientious
•The ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
•Basic knowledge in Unix/Linux, SQL
•Experience with Oracle would be of advantage
•Basic knowledge of programming and experience with Java would be of advantage
