Holistic management of New and Used Vehicle Sales, Marketing and Aftersales within 4 markets.
Manage monthly, quarterly and annual sales objectives with retail partners and ensure the necessary infrastructure is in place to deliver consistent results.
Manage commercial relationships between McLaren and the Retail Network within the North Asian region.
Monitor and evaluate local sales trends, market developments and direct actions to ensure achievement of McLaren objectives.
Ensure that retailer and regional requirements are professionally represented to McLaren Head Office and that the business is effectively challenged to meet and exceed the expectations of our customers.
Ensure highest standards of customer satisfaction and brand representation by retail partners.
Develop short and long term business plans with retail partners to achieve joint business objectives and profitability.
Provide the Regional Director with market knowledge and insight to develop performance improvement programmes.
Monitor retailer financial composites and all available KPIs to ensure that retailer performance objectives are fully met and effective action plans are implemented to address issues as required.
Responsible for the development and implementation of the North Asian Retailer Network Development Plan.
Manage importation and logistics processes to ensure the delivery of overall business objectives.
Collaborate across a range of business areas to develop strategies that underpin strong residual value of pre-owned vehicles.
Ensure efficient regional investment through the effective development and control of the North Asian financial budget.
Oversee the development of the North Asian Regional Team and build competencies to deliver McLaren’s short-term and long-term objectives.
Maintain regular and effective communication with McLaren Head Office and other regional based teams.
Be an ambassador for McLaren Automotive with customers and opinion leaders at events.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Proven successful experience in leading a team of professionals in the achievement of ambitious profit and revenue objectives.
Demonstrated experience in developing positive working relationships with independent automotive retailers.
In-depth understanding of the automotive industry within the North Asian region.
Experience within luxury retail environment highly beneficial.
Passionate about sports cars segment with relevant product and industry knowledge.
Sound financial background with understanding of OEM / Retailer/ Customer transactions.
Proven experience in marketing, lead management and CRM.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with formal presentation skills.
Communication, performance reporting and business case justification at a strategic level within an organisation.
