The Training Specialist is responsible for the support and training for Bell Face to Face –small Businesses sales representatives. Our training specialist will be required to travel in Canada so as to train our teams, covering new product and promotional information and ensuring reps are prepared to sell Bell Business solutions. Required knowledge includes, but not limited to: sales, one the field prospection, pricing and offers, products and services, systems and processes. The Training Specialist should have strong interpersonal and communication skills and easily develop ongoing relationships with sales reps as well as sales managers.
Conduct initial and ongoing training in various provinces in Canada
Liaise with various internal project teams to obtain project information in order to provide up-to-date business mandates to the Face to Face – small business sales reps.
Consistently hold up-to-date knowledge of all Small Business Products and services, pricing and offers, systems and processes
Collaborate with Sales managers, sales and Marketing teams to provide the best training experience;, with key emphasis on the design of the training materials
Develop strong partnership with the business partners in order to develop a solid understanding of the business; seeks to understand business trends so that effective recommendations on training design correspond with business direction
Recommend evaluation criteria and measures
Work with partners to design, develop, maintain and implement training programs and materials in alignment with business strategies.
Develop training material and job aids for various types of store meetings and sessions
Deliver training on Bell Business Solutions to new and existing Bell sales representatives throughout Canada
