Channel Support Change Analyst

This is an entry level role reporting to the Change and Operations Manager, you will capture the channel requirements through change scope, developing plans, processes, communication and coordinating training as required through a structured change management methodology.

To be considered for this role, you will have a thorough understanding of Sales requirements, business rules and general operational frameworks. You will have a minimum of 2 years administrative or sales support experience and the smarts to support change and the change process. You will possess outstanding stakeholder management, both written and verbal communication.
