To be successful in this role, you will have:
Extensive experience within strategy consulting, marketing or customers insights within a large, complex customer environment;
Experience in telecommunications;
Proven success in utilising data analytics (particularly quantitative analysis) to drive actionable customer insights that convert into business outcomes;
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to rapidly test hypotheses with high-level business cases;
The mindset to challenge the norm of how companies engage existing customers and a desire to drive innovative solutions across our channels; and
Hands-on mentality with the ability to engage internal stakeholders across functions and have them connect to and support the vision of your area.
