Prospect and develop new business.
Provide marketing ideas to grow existing and new client spend through airtime and digital sales.
Manage and support all aspects of the client relationship – proposals, contracts, creative and collections.
Meet quarterly and annual budget targets.
Operate within the Rogers’ guidelines and code of ethics.
Minimum 3 years in direct sales experience (media preferred).
Strong prospecting, presentation and closing abilities.
Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
Self-starter with energy, ideas, discipline and enthusiasm.
Able to work independently; yet a strong team player.
Able to adapt and work with change in a fast paced environment.
Computer competency a must, particularly Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
Working knowledge in Wide Orbit, Airware, RTS and/or Salesforce an asset.
