Project Management Office Coordinator

Main duties and responsibilities:

Responsibilities – PMO
• Assist project managers with project coordination and administration
• Coordinate small internal or departmental projects
• Audite projects for conformance to the project management plan
• Assess and reporting monthly project KPIs
• Assist Project Managers with planning and scheduling Compile, evaluate and report consumer feedback
• Assist PMO staff with costing and invoicing
• Manage PMO documentation
• Support procurement and quality control activities
• Schedule and minute key project meetings and reviews
• Assist in planning of secondment projects (travel, time plan, logistics)

Responsibilities — Departmental (Operations)
Support administrative tasks that concern other areas of thedepartment, this includes non-exhaustively;
• Generatereports and minutes
• Assist departmental resource management
• Keep SharePoint documentation up-to-date
• Support ISO compliance (9001 and 27001)

Skills and qualifications required
• Communication skills
• Time management
• Project coordination experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Customer focus and experience in a customer-facing role
• Practical, logical and systematic approach to problem solving
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Visio skills
• Experience with procurement and invoicing
• Computer literate
• SAP

Desirable skills:

• Knowledge of PMO processes
• Foreign languages relevant to Avanti service coverage
• MS Project experience
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (PRINCE2, APM, PMI)
• Understanding of ITIL
• Experience working in ISO 9001 / 27001 environment
• SharePoint Experience
