The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
5+ years deep experience in at least one of the UX disciplines, and some experience in at least two others.
Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative user research and data analysis methods, including interviews, Usability Testing, Card Sorting, A/B Testing, Ethnographic research, Surveys, and Heuristic Evaluations.
Customer-focused, with experience using design research methods to uncover insights.
Collaborates at all levels through written and verbal communications.
Ability to juggle – metaphorically and perhaps physically.
Insatiable curiosity and an obsession with enterprise software design.
Excellent communication skills including experience speaking to technical (engineering, architects) and business (product ma
