He will be responsible for the functional integration of the treasury operations in the economic-financial corporate systems.
Coordinate and define the model of management of communications with financial institutions
It will define the interfaces and control points necessary to monitor the different status of the exchanged files.
Review and verify the support documentation of the various processes of the systems.
It will validate the correct implementation in the Systems of the defined functional requirements.
Collaborate with the other teams involved in the identification and definition of Interfaces.
Participate in the meetings defining and monitoring projects in which the Global Treasury IT Area is involved with both internal teams and external consultants.
It will be the interlocutor with the financial entities for the definition and clarification of the requirements of channel, format and content of the exchanges.
REQUIREMENTS TO BE FULFILLED BY THE CANDIDATE:
Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Business or equivalent.
High level of knowledge in SAP.
Management of different types of bank files
Business Treasury Systems and its relationship with Banking (Communications, Security and Formats).
Channels of the Bank-Company Information Exchange
Treasury operations and banking relationship
It will be worth having knowledge of the functionalities of the In-House Bank and its relation with the companies of the group
It will be appreciated to have knowledge of the functionality of a Payment Factory
Valuable knowledge in programming, query to DB.
Management of different types of files (xml, Excel, csva, ansi, etc.)
Team management and coordination, leadership.
Analysis, synthesis of processes, systems and reports.
Ability to establish processes and procedures for continuous improvement.
Capacity for the establishment of KPIs and their monitoring
Financial areas of the Telefonica Group or management control.
