Responsibilities

Working collaboratively with customers and partners, you will be a member of a team ensuring the successful implementation of our software product at customer sites across North America and around the world
You will work on the software implementation, including the following:
Assist client in determining the business and process impacts of AIPM implementation
Writing software specifications
Project & activity status reporting
Issue escalation & resolution
Configuring our software solution
Testing of customer processes and working with the Copperleaf test team to ensure that any custom software components meet client needs
Educating & training our customers on how to effectively use our products
Deliverables and daily tasks may include:
Requirements analysis for reports, integration
Minor product customizations
Test phase support (e.g. reproducing and reporting issues)
Training delivery
System configuration
Advising on deployment approaches and developing best practice business processes
C55 is a modern web-based application that uses a number of current technologies. You will help integrate our solution into our customer’s existing ERP and Financial Systems

Due to the high amount of travel to US client sites, Canadian or US citizenship is a requirement for this position. Green Card holders will also be eligible for this opportunity
