Responsible for day to day VoIP Switch Monitoring, Customer/Vendor Trouble Ticketing Management.
Effectively handles customer calls and e-mail, answers questions and routes issues to the appropriate group.
Provide 24X7X365 L1 NOC Monitoring Support
Customer/Vendors Stats Monitoring using BillCall and Switch & other tools.
Trouble Ticket handling and Follow-ups.
Answer customer emails/calls and provide timely & high level of service.
SNMP Alerts monitoring and alert.
Maintain a good understanding of all NOC processes and implement them appropriately.
Daily traffic stats reports management
