You will work on our offer Managed Contact Center with Cisco and Genesys contact center solution hosted in the cloud Orange. You will participate in product development by contributing to the definition of strategy and s''assurant sustainability of implemented solutions.
Ensuring the integration of marketing requirements / users in product development, support competitive intelligence on major market players
Follow the budget for product developments and build business cases
Specify functional changes in coordination with the marketing team and pre-sales
Lead the development, implementation and experimentation of each solution with technical teams and customer demonstration areas.
Manage product documentation and make it available to all contributors.

Synchronize with the delivery service to establish program priorities, define internal service contracts and associated operational action plans.

You're training +5 minimum and have at least 5 years of experience in the piloting field, as well as knowledge of architecture Genesys OR Cisco HCS / UCCE.
