Sales Account Manager


As a Sales Account Manager, you will identify, qualify, and close new business accounts to achieve targets and you will manage existing accounts in order to ensure total customer satisfaction. Next to that, your responsibility will be to secure existing and additional revenues.

You will:

Acquire new business for Silverstreet.
Manage existing business for Silverstreet.
Initiate sales and marketing activities locally and in the surrounding region.
Analyze competitors’ activities in terms of market penetration and drive sales to achieve targets.
Execute the strategic sales plan based on the growth ambition of different product portfolios.
Establish relations and liaise closely with global sales team and all internal cost centers (accounting, service delivery, customer support etc.) to attain good level of customer satisfaction, which is integral while rendering services to the clients.
Regular reviews with line manager, which include: reporting on sales goals, efficiencies and overall performance, through periodical reports and one‐on‐one meetings.
Maintain and upload relevant prospect/customer information into company CRM tool.


What we are looking for in a candidate:

Must have Dutch Nationality.
Candidates must be fluent in English. Knowledge of the Dutch and Spanish language is preferred and other languages are beneficial.
This is a fulltime position. Due to the nature of the SMS/Mobile industry, the candidate must be open to non-traditional working hours based on the needs of the clients.
Previous experience in wholesale is highly beneficial but not an absolute requirement.
Previous experience within the Telecom industry is highly beneficial but not an absolute requirement.
Pro-active team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, eager to work in teams in an international business environment.
Candidate must have strong negotiation, communication and analytical skills.
Must be willing to travel when needed by the company.
An adaptable and flexible personality that is a mix of winner, challenger, and innovator.
