Tasks and responsibilities
Data & Analytics, the Analytics team responsible for managing and enhancing customer value of all private and business customers. This team provides guidance to decisions about customer strategies and as a derivative of campaign strategies. The team consists of ambitious data analysts who are capable of complex data to create relevant business insights. The team also developed predictive models for customer behavior that are used in omni-channel campaigning. D & A thought from both the private (human behavior) and business (corporate behavior) and customer analyzes for all KPN brands.
Education & Experience
• You're WO graduated in a course where quantitative analysis and statistics is central.Think of econometrics, mathematics or psychology and social sciences with a statistical component.
• You have a passion for solving complex problems. But it stops you not. You have a nose for business opportunities. You want to make a difference with your analytics to create business impact that way.
• Furthermore, the concepts are curious, inquisitive, result driven, pragmatic and creative apply to you.
• You understand the Dutch language in writing and speaking.
