Human Resources Development (Intern)

As an Intern (f/m) you will support our Human Resources team with the following tasks:
Creating concepts and their implementation in the areas of Talent Management, Individual and Organizational Development and Performance Management
Innovating and steering HR products, programs and processes
Assisting and supporting Senior Experts and Project Managers of the HR Development Team
Analyzing results and creating management summaries as well as proposing solutions
Support in financial reporting and KPI management
Preparation of process descriptions and management presentations
You are studying economics or business psychology ideally with a focus on HR or a comparable field of study. Furthermore, you fulfill the following qualifications:
Initiative, result-orientation as well as flexibility
Ability to work independently, reliably and well structured
Cultural sensitivity and strong communication skills
Practical experience (e.g. internships)
Ability to work in a team and a strong detail-orientation
Fluent in German and English
