We are looking for a Customer Support Executive. You are advising our customers competently and sales-oriented. And you can do this on the phone as well as by letter and e-mail. This is how you form the direct interface between us and our customers, thus creating an exciting customer experience.

You can tailor your customer service to our customers and their needs.
You independently and efficiently answer all customer and prospect queries with the help of existing IT systems, tools and existing workflows.
You are service-oriented and sales-oriented and actively contribute to the increase in sales.
You are our competent partner for complaints, amendments to the contract and product questions.
You are constantly engaged in the innovations of the mobile communications business.

Usually a completed professional training or experience in the (telephone) customer support
Strong communicative skills, a friendly voice and a secure expression
A high willingness to work in shifts, a high level of readiness and resilience
Diligence and self-initiative
Secure PC knowledge as well as desirable English knowledge in spoken and written English
