Provides Leadership to the team of CTM's across customer teams
Provides Technical Issue resolution having expertise in one or more areas.
Applies knowledge to handle complex Node and network problems in SDM domain and/or and providing resolution
Anticipates, investigates the underlying causes and identifies short and long term solutions to Node and network problems in SDM domain.
Spearheading troubleshooting at node and network level in own discipline;
uses knowledge to focus work and drive improvements
Interfaces with CT & Customer stakeholders in providing issue and resolution updates
Escalation management and Emergency handling
Follow up and issue anchor ship with Product and Tech support teams
Qualifications and other Requirements:
Degree in Telecommunications, Computers, Engineering.
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Able to work under pressure and is able to channelize efforts towards issue resolution
SDM certifications preferred
Min. 12 years Deployment and Integration Management Experience.
In-depth Technical Knowledge of Nokia SDM Products (NDS, EIR, NT-HLR, HSS, and One AAA)
Hands on Commissioning, Integration, Testing & Migration experience in SDM products namely NTHLR, NDS, EIR
Good understanding of IP Networks
Fluent with Unix/Solaris Operating OS (Sun, Linux)
Experience with NDS Database and LDAP
Installation and commissioning of SDM elements on HP/ATCA Platform
Network protocols (SIP, SDP, Diameter, SS7, TCP/IP, Soap, XML)
Understanding of Care ticketing process
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Able to work and produce targeted results with minimal supervision
Able manage customer escalations and drive closure
Self-starter - able to demonstrate strong sense of business ownership and leadership
Self Motivated, and committed to meeting challenging individual and team deadlines
Independent and self-driven.
