Within the Product Development Unit CEM & Analytics, the Customer Deployment and Support Unit (CDS, formerly NSI) is focused on delivering Solution Implementation Services and Customer Support. Within CDS, we are seeking Global Engineering (former Tier2) engineers handling Ericsson Expert Analytics product. The Support Engineer is working together with the local, CNS engineer to provide solutions or remedy to problems that have been reported by customers or other Ericsson support organizations according to established processes. The support Engineer has detailed product/domain, and/or solutions knowledge and knowledge of technology evolution.

Responsibilities:

Perform Trouble Shooting and Customer Support
Drive Continuous Improvements of Products, Processes, and Documentation
Log and track customer reported software defects, including software emergency patches

Shell scripting
Java ASI Programming
Telecom Knowledge
