About the role:
Contribute alongside the HR Digital Workspace and Internal Communication program manager of HR DGC (Large Branch Guest Orange Business Services):
- the establishment of a project on learning organization stadium as part of digitalization and to support new ways of working (develop experience and business) - flex-office employees animate community for their contributory view of this development, etc.
- contribute to animate, program management Forward All personal and professional development of women of Orange Business Services (61 women for 2017/2018) - 1 year program that began in July 2017 (organize workshops visios, coordinate, animate the community, participate in workshops and visios ...)
- contribute alongside the HR Digital Workspace & Internal Communication Manager at the establishment of an internal HR communication to employees of DGC:
1) project type "HR corner"
2) how to get employees to better, more to digitize (think of actions: on tweeter, Snapchat, ..) what comm / HR / porosity internal and external comm with the digital and the growing power of social networks
3) establishment of an HR newsletter for employees
