About the role:
Attached to the e-charge of the pole "expertise & technical support," you bring to our customers business expertise and technical support on pre-sales, development of bids and production support on wireless solutions and IP telephony .
You participate in the transformation of the field of integration expertise to the field of applications (APIs WebCollab as Slack, Spark, Dcloud).
As an expert you ToIP Cisco technical expert on Cisco VoIP solutions. You will be working with the technical teams involved in the event operations to support the developments of the dedicated platform WIFI.
You Activities will include:
Technical support to production teams on VoIP products, wireless Cisco and Fortinet Firewall,
Provide new solutions for testing,
Develop technical documents (Doc MEP, Troubleshooting Guide, ...)
Accompanying the production teams in the start of production of new offers,
Ticket Opening with different builders in your area,
Animation of the internal community of experts and technicians by organizing conferences on a given topic with possibly the help of suppliers (CTI Word experts)
You bring support to the Pole "event operations" for the management of developments in the internal technical platform.
Make sure the technological monitoring of VoIP and wireless Cisco products and the field of virtualization, as well as for fortinet firewalls.
You have an expert profile with an engineering background or equivalent bac + 5 in telecom networks.
You are certified e-:
CCNP Voice ou CCNP collaboration,
CCIE si possible,
You have proven experience in the field of integration solutions.
