Within the Bouygues Telecom B2B Division and more particularly in the Small & Medium Businesses markets, the Customer Development Commercial must carry out the sale of mobile or fixed telecom solutions (voice, Internet access) A maximum number of existing customers:
- From projects detected by one of our partners
- At its own initiative on a portfolio of customer accounts listed.
The main tasks are as follows:
- Ensuring the reception of calls transferred by a telemarketing provider
- Regularly contacting a portfolio of clients, who have declared an interest in our offers or who have significant sales potential,
From a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration to a Bachelor's degree, the candidate will have to master sales techniques and have a clear taste for negotiation. His oral and written communication will have to be perfect and his command of the acquired office tools.
