Mission Description:

Within the Enterprise Market Department, the Operations Department is responsible for dealing with Enterprise incidents or Voice and / or Data requests. Within this framework, you will be responsible for the evolving demands of fixed business customers. You will therefore provide technical expertise on all requests for changes desired by customers in operation. You will drive end-to-end changes on both the Voice and Data domains. Guaranteeing the quality of operations and cost control, you will contribute to the satisfaction of Bouygues Telecom Enterprises customers.
To carry out this mission, you:

• Analyse the various requests in order to validate the feasibility.
• Validate the costs associated with the desired changes.
• Make changes to client devices.
• Validate the correct operation according to the customer's request.
