About the role:
Orange Connectivity and Workspace Services is a 100% subsidiary of Orange Business Services specializing in the integration of complex solution Networks, Unified Communications and Mobile in type customers' large-account ". It is composed of 550 employees spread throughout France for a national turnover of € 189 million in 2016.
In the direction of managed services OCWs, make sure the control of one or more outsourcing contracts for major customers. Your role is to guarantee the quality of service, ensuring customer satisfaction and detect new opportunities.
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring the quality of service and respect of the contract:
Ensure compliance and procedures defined by the service contract
Ensure the proper functioning of services and client applications under the terms of contracts
Propose and organize supplementary benefits
Coordinate and participate in periodic operating committees
Prepare reports and organize actions for improvement
Coordinate actions between the different services:
Share the evolutionary needs of the customer teams presales and commercial
Getting involved on the technical side upstream
To be the preferred partner of the client regarding the monitoring of services
Federate information between different services
Reflect changes in the customer on operational organizations:
Organize the growing technical competence of operating teams
Initiate the development of the associated procedures
Deriving (e) an engineering school and holds a 3rd cycle (option or specialization telecom networks or security) you are at least 8 years experience in similar functions.
Experience of business outsourcing and best practices ITIL V3 is a plus.
