Senior Digital Marketing Program Manager

We are looking for an experienced data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to accelerate our lead generation activities. You’ll own the development and execution of an end-to-end acquisition strategy to deliver great leads using a test and learn approach. The enterprise focused programs you’ll create and lead will be the engine that drives our marketing and sales growth. You will be our digital marketing expert with the ability to use your knowledge of cutting edge technology and proven best practices to influence marketing across BlackBerry. You will also play a big part in developing and honing our messaging, launching products, and have significant exposure to our leadership team.

Responsibilities:

Develop and manage the execution of a global digital strategy for lead generation to achieve revenue and pipeline goals within our go-to-market focus areas, including managing account based marketing activities
Build and execute best-in-class demand generation programs that leverage a multi-channel approach to achieve business growth and revenue goals
Maintain a data-driven approach through continual experimentation and optimization goals (a/b testing, etc.)
Evaluate and incorporate cutting edge technology to optimize insights and performance
Regularly communicate campaign performance to key stakeholders
Contribute insights from digital marketing programs to improve messaging and product positioning
Directly manage the development and optimization of BlackBerry AtHoc web properties
Collaborate with other teams including corporate communications, product marketing, social marketing, public relations, and sales to deliver integrated campaigns

Requirements:

4-8 years in B2B digital marketing and demand generation
Proven results with demand generation programs on multiple digital marketing channels
Experience measuring and reporting the impact of lead generation programs
Previous relationships/interactions with key vendors and partners, including management of vendor activities
Strong communication skills and ability to clearly articulate impact
Ability to influence and work cross-functionally across multiple internal teams
Experience using Pardot or other marketing automation tools
Proven ability to use a test and learn approach to optimizing campaigns
