Business relationship Management with key executives in an account or group of accounts.
Ability to represent and articulate NTT DATA's value proposition to the client and act as an ambassador to the client
Manage the P/L of an account portfolio between $2M - $5M
Responsibilities include being accountable for the P&L, revenue growth, and client satisfaction of one or more accounts (or fields of play within a single account). As the chief steward of the account, will be responsible for defining and executing the account strategy, defining and executing pursuit strategies, revenue forecasting, achieving all financial targets, service excellence, and overall client satisfaction. Oversees the delivery, management and growth of the current book of business. This position requires industry background as well as management of a diverse applications portfolio, leveraging an onsite/offshore model.
