Be responsible for the strategy planning in the Carrier Business Group, including leading and organizing medium-to-long term strategy planning and annual business planning, driving for results through selected tactics to support the business targets of the Carrier BG.
Be responsible for the analysis of selected strategic topics, including but not limited to the trend of the ICT industry development & business transformation; dissect the pain-points, competitive landscape, and business model of the emerging markets/opportunities; spot any risks from the disruptive breakthroughs, etc.
Compile qualitative analysis and thorough reports for the senior management to make decisions and be responsible to follow through the execution.
Organize and contribute in relevant industry workshops, customer summits to promote Huawei’s leadership and influence in the industry, explore opportunities vs risks in cooperation, and establish strategic partnership with customers.
Strive for the continuous development and capability of the Team within Carrier BG. Drive the best practice, people and process improvement, through the lessons learned.
Expose to the latest development and corporate/group strategy in ICT market leader. Enhance personal profile and visibility in industry.

Desired Skills and Experience:
10-year relevant experience in strategy planning and management.
Leading ICT companies e.g. Ericsson, Nokia, Cisco, EMC, IBM, HP; experience working in headquarters preferred.
leading consulting firms e.g. McKinsey, BCG, Bain, IBM, Booz, Oliver Wyman, A.T. Kearney, Roland Berger, Deloitte Monitor preferred.
Possess oversea working experience preferred.
Other relevant skills:
Bachelor degree or above, preferably from elite MBA schools.
Strong in strategic analysis, independent and critical thinking;
communication, problem solving, and report-writing skills.
Capable to work and carry conversations comfortably in English with customers.
