We are currently looking for a motivated, experienced Senior Program Manager to drive and manage the design and delivery of Graphics Board Projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
•Co-ordinate and drive efficient Graphics Board program execution through active leadership, clear communication, effective organization, and accurate planning.
•Drive & track all aspects of Graphics Board program schedules to ensure all engineering and customer requirements are met from inception to large scale mass production
•Track Board Product samples demand, manage and develop appropriate build schedule working with Board Operations and SCM to mitigate shortages. Proactively drive plans to mitigate any delays, and follow-through with internal customer prioritization and allocation.
•Manage technical issues, expectations and risk both within the Program Team and with internal customers to ensure products meet or exceed their production target window within acceptable quality targets.
•Manage the sampling process for both internal engineering teams and customers.
•Oversee material sourcing, particularly for long-lead components
•Provide business insight as it pertains to board designs, and work effectively with vendors and partners
•Provide frequent and concise updates to Program and Executive teams on plans, status and risk mitigation.
•Simultaneously keep the bigger business picture in mind while focusing on program details to effectively drive teams
•Drive process improvements initiatives in order to improve overall execution of programs
•Previous PM experience in electronics field working on product development, ideally board related
•Proven self starter, with track record of taking the initiative
•Must have excellent communication skills and the ability and desire to work within a team
•Presentation Skills and relevant experience addressing Executive community as well as Program teams
•Leadership Skills and relevant experience driving engineering and cross-functional teams
•Organization/Planning Skills and relevant experience driving development schedules and risk
•Coaches and mentors less experience staff members.
•Coordinates and leads team communications, including project reviews with management and customers.
•May be responsible for coordinating actions and plans for several sub-teams into a cohesive whole.
•Ability to influence buy-in on technical solutions in a multi-site, multi-cultural environment.

•Electrical Engineering Degree (or equivalent)
•Formal Project Management education, PMP designation is highly desirable
