As a Product Manager, you have a strong understanding of how software vendors and systems integrators embed and resell analytics capabilities. You have a passion for building partner relationships and defining product requirements that help our partners integrate with and extend our Enterprise Analytics Platform.
By understanding user personas and combining market analysis, end-user feedback, and software development knowledge, you will establish a distinctive product vision, multi-year solution roadmap, and an effective engineering and sales partnership to deliver world-class enterprise mobile solutions.
Define and communicate product roadmap and manage the rollout of new releases to the company, customer base, and market, including beta programs, press/analyst launches, website, education programs, training materials, and packaging.
Audit, certify, & champion product programs throughout MicroStrategy
Manage technical and business partnerships at a product level
Represent the product to the field and rest of company, including questions from the sales force and customers regarding core product functionality, position, competitive advantage, and direction
Define the long-term product strategy
Develop and maintain the product plan including core feature set and timelines based on an analysis of customer needs, market potential, competitive pressure, and business unit needs
Work closely with the Scrum team’s & Product Owners to define the functionality, timeframes, and release plan for each product release
Ensure the success of the product in the marketplace, as measured in terms of revenue, operating profit, market share, number of customers, and customer success
You should also bring the following:
5+ years in product management
Previous experience in Mobile Analytics, Ecosystem and/or Cloud
Previous experience in working with technology partners for integration purposes
Product management experience within an agile software development environment
3+ years’ experience in agile oriented Product Management in enterprise-oriented environments
A good understanding of the role of User Experience Design in the successful adoption of business intelligence
Master’s degree or applicable experience in a technical or related field preferred
MBA Degree is a plus
Proven experience delivering creative features that are strategically oriented that guarantee market differentiation
Experience presenting information and facilitating group discussions
Proven success establishing credibility with Management internally and externally and the ability to inspire a customer base
