Manager/ Senior Manager - HR Compliance

We are looking to hire an innovative, entrepreneurial HR Compliance Manager/Sr. Manager to help grow and scale our global HRC program. The HRC Manager/Sr. Manager will help to drive continuous improvement of our HR-related controls and to deliver tangible process improvements and strengthening of our HR compliance environment. In the role, you will partner closely with business process owners to develop and help operationalize action plans, provide best practices and practical HR-compliance advice to our business partners and conduct controls testing, monitoring and auditing. The Manager/Sr. Manager will need to have a global mindset, understanding regional differences and requirements and partnering with teams around the world.

The HRC Manager/ Sr. Manager needs to be able to constantly flex in the face of the constantly changing external and internal environment, running with the pace of the business and delivering on multiple simultaneous priorities.

Required Skills/Experience (Basic Qualifications):

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
At least seven to ten years of experience in the field of human resources operations, compliance, legal/paralegal, or auditing
At least seven to ten years experience managing and implementing projects that includes: identifying, maintaining, and adjusting project scope and resources, formal planning, tracking, and reporting of project performance and testing controls, monitoring and auditing in HR
Experience supporting a global company and a global mindset
Expert in MS Office (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and/or G Suite (e.g. Gmail, Docs, Drive)
A passion for analyzing data and translating it into a compelling narrative, and for tracking progress, results, findings and plans and report progress against a budget
Excellent communication, collaboration, teamwork and interpersonal skills across all levels of the Company, managing through influence
Comfortability operation in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly evolving workplace
Ability to simultaneously manage complex workloads, multiple client demands, and shifting priorities under tight deadlines
A proactive, resourceful self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
Sound, reasonable professional judgment and business acumen
Ability to see the big picture, while having a keen detail orientation
Confidence in voicing thoughts and position as compliance issues arise, while helping to communicate process recommendations and findings in a diplomatic and effective manner to key stakeholders

Additional Skills/Experience (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience working with high growth companies and companies that operated at scale--$20B+ in Revenue
Cloud, enterprise software or technology industry experience
HR Certification preferred
Experience with HR-related statutory, regulatory and/or professional compliance standards and practices, focused on international markets
Expertise in developing process documentation and flowcharts
Flexibility to travel up to 30% (domestic and international); open to future opportunities for international rotation assignments
