SAP Order-To-Cash (OTC) Manager, Corporate Systems will play an important part in Sabre’s overall business success. S/he is responsible for the technical transformation of the OTC global processes for all Sabre’s business units: Airline Solutions, Travel Network and Hospitality Solutions. S/he will interact directly with the business executives in those domains. S/he is ideally a dynamic IT leader with an exceptional learning agility, planning/organizational skills and functional expertise. S/he has a high exposure to fundamental and innovative business processes, is passionate about automation and business optimization through technology. The OTC Manager will be responsible for maximizing technical assets, providing technological direction as well as budget, contracts, and headcount.
Lead the IT business Systems strategic planning by the evaluation and deployment of future global systems and capabilities across the organization.
Ensure the strategy and capabilities are adequate, successful, followed and continuously improved
Manage all the aspects of the business process optimization in the IT systems: simplification, integration/configuration, functional specifications, design and development.
Experience in modern cloud based application configuration and integration (e.g. SAP S4 Hana (OTC))
Understanding of SAP OTC processes, standard best practices, and key integration points with FICO and PTP processes.
Oversee multiple programs to ensure that the quality and success of his/her projects are consistent, repeatable and within budget.
Hiring/contracting the right technical leads, ensuring organization structure yields a high-performing team.
Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years proven SAP Management, people leadership, and change management experience
Deep understanding of SAP and SAP Ecosystems
Prior experience in Global SAP OTC implementations
Strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to develop and deliver simplified executable action plans with a positive ROI impact
Demonstrated experience driving significant transformational/operational change
Experience in a business partner role with demonstrated results influencing global business operations
Proven ability to attract, lead and grow talent in an organization
Demonstrated experience building and executing strategy
8+ years of experience in introduction, optimization and roll out of business systems
Excellent understanding of OTC business processes and transactions
Must have a strong management background and understanding of SLAs and KPIs.
Strong people skills and ability to influence across the organization
Fluency in both the languages of technology and business in order to get executive and departmental buy-in on projects and changes
Six Sigma, Black Belt/Green Belt or PMP certified
