HR Business Partner

We offer you an exceptional opportunity to join Sabre HR team in Krakow, Poland. You will be working closely with 2 other HR Business Partners to support Sabre HR policies and programs that drive organizational goals as well as to support business needs for strategically critical Global Software Development Center employing over 1500 employees.

What you will be doing?

Acting as an HR Business Partner support to designated business areas (approximately 200 employees and up to 40 managers in Poland, the USA and Uruguay) including daily support for employees and managers with HR generalist type of issues
Helping with employee relations and issues by providing solutions, resolving problems & overseeing all business decisions from HR/labor law perspective
Designing, and conducting trainings and employee/manager development sessions, as well as driving employee engagement, succession planning and talent review programs
Conducting research, analyzing HR data and preparing reports to help influence business decisions including compensation market analyses, job evaluations and job mapping in designated business area
Cooperating with Krakow Talent Acquisition Team on workforce planning as well as participation in selected employer branding projects (open days, internal development days)
Working on HR policy and program development in partnership with the Global HR Teams

Job Requirements:


4 years’ experience as HR Business Partner in an international environment would be great
Very good knowledge of Polish labor law and practical approach to applying legal solutions to dynamic & demanding environment
Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective relationships with all levels of staff (employees, management, senior management)
Fluency in English
Strong personality, high level of energy and determination to ensure constructive partnership with business leaders and HR Team
Ability to interpret HR data into visible outcome, which will help to navigate business decision
Commitment to work actively towards continuous improvement, personal development
