Next Gen Voice Agent (NGVA) Project is a SaaS based call center application used by several hotel chains worldwide. Goal of this project is to expand NGVA reach to enterprise segment.
The NGVA team comprises of developers, business analysts, quality assurance working closely with a scrum master and a project manager. NGVA Development is based out of Dallas, US, Krakow, Poland, and Bangalore, India.
Creating internal/external facing hospitality application in a JS Framework environment.
Working with Product Owner, User Experience and Business Analysts in building the applications in an iterative environment.
Cooperating closely with services team in integrating services with front end.
Partnering with release engineering in migration activities.
Analyzing the performance issues and works on tuning the application.
Taking responsibility for site technical performance.
Developing, assessing and communicating web site usage and security policies and standards.
Providing technical assistance to Site Administrators.
Good skills in React.js and Redux Framework
Experience in an Agile environment utilizing Rally
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
knowledge of commercial internet/web tools and protocols
Very good written and verbal communication skills in English
