Sales Operations Specialist

Job Description:

Set up accounts and prepare contracts
Create and update customer account information in Customer Relation Management system
Execute pricing activities and coordinate with related parties
Assist sales representatives with credit-related requests
Assist sales representatives for issues or inquiries
Support Retails and Distributors business activities

Job Requirements:

A degree from a recognized university, scoring GPA 6 and above
Candidates with no prior working experience are welcome to apply
One to three years of relevant work experience will be an advantage
Good communication skills
An effective team player
Adaptable and able to work under pressure
Able to work independently
Strong customer service skills
Spanish language skills are required
