Technical Support Engineer (IPT specialization)

What you'll be doing:

As Technical Support Engineer (IPT Specialization), you will be in charge of:
Working standalone and in team as part of managed projects on incoming customer requests using defined processes for provisioning
Validating incoming customer configuration requests and transposing data for bulk administration tool
Dealing with (create, cease, modify) Site related configuration (e.g. partitions, calling search space, etc.) in Call Manager
Dealing with user device profiles, IPT device configuration, fix phone configuration, hunt groups, pick up groups and all telephony related configurable settings.
Dealing with (create, cease, modify) configuration for analogue and PSTN gateways
Troubleshooting and consultancy to service desk, technical design team and Project Management
Training junior team members and being coached by senior team members

Soft skills:
Focusing on the objectives and the required outcomes of the processes during delivering a service
Working with a cooperative and positive attitude in a group settings to achieve common goals

Professional skills:
University / high school degree in engineering is an advantage
Solid understanding of telecommunication principles, voice and IP Telephony solutions and protocols
CCNA Voice or CIPTV1 / CIPTV2 level knowledge regarding CISCO IPT solutions
Ability to configure and conduct basic troubleshooting for analogue and PSTN gateways with CISCO equipment, solid understanding of CUCM, confidence to use Bulk Administration
Advanced skilled with MS EXCEL is an advantage

Language skills:
English on a conversational level
